$DECOMP and the vault
What $DECOMP does
$DECOMP turns on when the token exists. Until then the bond is off, submissions are free, and the token legs below wait in the vault.
| Use | Rule |
|---|---|
| Bond | 5,000 $DECOMP per submission, transferred to the keeper's token account with the Memo decomp:bond:<submissionId>. Returned on PASS, burned on FAIL. |
| Burn on every payout | 10% of every bounty paid is bought into $DECOMP on Jupiter and burned (Token-2022 burn). Until the token exists, that 10% is held in the vault and the bounty page says so. |
| Vault | The weekly rule below: 70% to an open bounty, 30% bought and burned. |
The vault

The team sends the pump.fun creator fees to the vault address by hand, in SOL. Every Monday at 00:30 UTC the keeper executes the vault rule and records each leg with a Memo:
- 70% is swapped to USDC on Jupiter and added to the open bounty with the most distinct backers that week, with the Memo
decomp:vault-topup:<bountyId>. - 30% is bought into $DECOMP on Jupiter and burned.
- 0.05 SOL stays in the vault as a reserve for fees.
/vault shows the address, the rule with its percentages, and every past execution with its signatures. It shows the transfers, never a total of creator fees.
On /vault the rule carries the line "turns on with $DECOMP" until the token exists.
